Along with his brother, Arjun, the Waney family started their restaurant career in London a quarter of a century ago, beginning with Zuma and Roka. More recently, the Waney family acquired and revamped the award winning, internationally renowned ‘The Arts Club’ on Dover Street, as well as Oblix at The Shard and Coya.
